Publication name: National Evaluation of Keep Well - NHS Tayside
Date: 14 November 2011
Description: The aim of this paper is to report on changes in NHS Tayside for clinical indicators of those engaged in Keep Well and those who do not attend. This helps to assess whether individuals who attend the Keep Well programme earlier have longer to reduce their risk and whether this shows greater improvement.
