| Description: | In 2009 induction for new employees in NHS Health Scotland was reviewed and re-launched to include a new process spanning a 3 month period. The new process includes a coporate welcome, an induction pack and a line managers checklist for things to cover when a new employee joins their team.
An EQIA was carried out on the induction policy and process and a report of the findings and recommendations from the EQIA can be found below. The report takes into account comments received during the consultation of the impact assessment. |
