Description:This is the first in a series of Evaluation Guides, which aim to encourage, support and improve standards in the evaluation of mental health improvement initiatives. This guide aims to help colleagues use what they currently know to inform the design and delivery of interventions. Explores current debates about evidence of effectiveness and why they matter for mental health improvement. It also considers how the evidence base on mental health improvement can be used to inform the design of interventions and their evaluation.
