Description: This report sets out our progress since we published our first Gender Equality Scheme. Like all our equality schemes, our Gender Equality Scheme is a living document and continuous improvement is critical to its success. We have therefore taken the opportunity to reflect on the Gender Objectives set out in our first Scheme and to update our Action Plan, taking account of our Business Plan 2008-09 and progress so far.
