Outcomes Triangle -Tobacco An Outcome Triangle is a visual representation for managing outcomes. The webpage shows a triangle, leading from the widest end (at the bottom of the screen) to the tip, detailing from Service-Delivery Outcomes to National Outcomes at the top. The triangle is in four slices or layers. The bottom layer is Service-Delivery Outcomes, The second layer is Intermediate Outcomes. Within this layer are 4 boxes of text, In the lower half of this layer are four boxes, reading (from left to right), 1) Non-smoking and smoke-free become the norm. 2) Reduced availability and affordability of tobacco products 3) Smoke-free environments. The box above these 3 boxes (and, therefore, moving forward from these 3 boxes) states: Reduced adult and young people smoking rates (Reduced uptake of smoking by young people). The third layer is High-Level Outcomes and is divided into 2 boxes, one above the other.
