Keep Well
- Interventions: Overview of Guidelines and Evidence This resource was produced for Keep Well pilots pending publication of SIGN 97, the national clinical guideline on risk estimation and the prevention of cardiovascular disease. Version 2 of the resource, which takes account of SIGN 97, is currently being finalised.
