Our role is to maximise the effectiveness of a number of national level initiatives by appropriate monitoring and evaluation.
Evaluations currently underway:
Monitoring and Evaluation of Scotland's Alcohol Strategy(MESAS)
Evaluation Framework for the Tobacco Legislation
Evaluation of SCHWL Workplace Services and Award Scheme.
Completed Programme Evaluations include:
Evaluation of Quit4U.
The findings from a three-year evaluation of quit4u were published on 8 May 2012. Quit4u is pilot smoking cessation service using financial incentives, developed and implemented by NHS Tayside.
