The HPHS professional profiles illustrate how secondary care staff are delivering health improvement as part of their role.
The Knowledge Skills Framework (KSF) within staff profiles, provides an illustration of the sort of activities appropriate to present during development review discussions, providing evidence of the application and practice of knowledge and skills.
Managers and reviewers may find these helpful in order to offer pointers when supporting practitioners to explore ways of incorporating health improvement in their day to day ethos and activity.
Indicative links to KSF dimensions are provided against each activity, however these are not exhaustive or prescriptive.
