'Healthy Communities: Meeting the Shared Challenge' national capacity building support programme for community-led health
The Healthy communities: Meeting the Shared Challenge (MTSC) programme was commissioned by NHS Health Scotland on behalf of the Scottish Government to deliver a national capacity building support programme for community-led health in response to the recommendations of the government-led Community-Led Task Group (2007).
The MTSC programme, delivered by the Scottish Community Development Centre (SCDC), commenced in late 2007 for a year and an extension of a further year was agreed in January 2009. The two year funded programme was completed in March 2010.
