They include a diverse range of practice and demonstrate the broad contribution that CHPs and their partners make in tackling inequalities.
Learning Networks
Learning Networks are a great way of sharing information and good practice in specific areas of interest. For example, the Equally well Test Sites Learning Network (external link) allows learning from the 8 test site areas to be shared between the sites and stakeholders. The network site contains the thoughts, opinions, lessons learned and best practice which has been generated by the test sites.
NHS Health Scotland
NHS Health Scotland’s Learning Networks were established to support the dissemination of learning accrued and to develop and share the evidence base for action in the areas of:

NHS Quality Improvement Scotland
