The Alcohol Brief Interventions' Delivery Support Team (DST) has been established to provide expert advice to NHS Health Scotland and Scottish Government on action required to ensure achievement of the alcohol brief intervention HEAT (Health Efficiency Access and Treatment) target. The DST provides guidance and strategic leadership to Health Boards, to assist with the development of delivery infrastructure and implementation of alcohol brief interventions.
Terms of Reference outlines the membership, remit, reporting arrangements and frequency of meetings for the DST.
