Review of the Scottish Diet Action Plan (SDAP) – review panel hearings

The Panel held six full days of intensive meetings with groups of key stakeholders involved in the policy development and implementation process, nationally and locally and across a range of settings and sectors.

These sessions provided an opportunity for the Panel to actively engage in discussion with more than 100 individuals about what had been done to deliver on the SDAP’s 71 recommended actions and to develop an understanding about how far these had helped Scotland move towards achieving its dietary targets, and how government policy can best support dietary improvements in the future.
