Inequalities policy review

NHS Health Scotland was commissioned by Scottish government to conduct a rapid review of Equally Well for the Ministerial Task Force on Health Inequalities which was re-convened in late November 2012.

The aim was to assess whether the current approach to addressing health inequalities in Scotland is working, and consider how it could be improved. The Health Inequalities Policy Review was guided by a Panel with expertise in the health inequalities field and national and local policy.
