Climate Change
Following the review of the Healthy Environment Network some members suggested that climate change was a topic they would like to discuss further. Our climate change paper highlights useful resources in Scotland and the UK.
As a result of discussions at a number of network meetings, the following priorities have been identified for consideration and action by the network itself and its members. These are action on urban design and health environments and on transport and climate change. Further discussion and proposed actions can be found in the position paper.
This report provides an overview of the Network’s views on environmental influences on health improvement priorities.
This document provides links to website reports by other organisations of relevance to the Safer Routes to School initiative.
This report details interviews with HEN members and contacts suggested by the Network on the way in which environmental justice is interpreted in Scotland and its links with health and health inequalities.
