HaHP Phase 2: Cardiac Rehabilitation
The cardiac rehabilitation component involves the expansion of the cardiac rehabilitation service into the community setting.
For the purposes of the study, a randomised control group is being incorporated into existing clinical services. This randomisation is based on patient suitability for rehabilitation in the community.
