CHEX - Community Health Exchange The Community Health Exchange (CHEX) is part of the Community Development Foundation and operates with the Scottish Community Development Centre. CHEX is funded by NHS Health Scotland. CHEX's target groups are community health projects and community health initiatives across Scotland. The Food Standards Agency Scotland is an independent food safety watchdog set up to protect the public's health and consumer interests in relation to food.
