Keep Well Conference
NHS Health Scotland hosted a national conference 'Anticipatory Care: Keep Well & Beyond' on 5th - 6th March 2008 at the Beardmore Conference Centre in Clydebank. If you would like information about the conference please contact keepwell@health.scot.nhs.uk).
Keep Well Practitioners' Network
The first Keep Well Practitioners’ Meeting was held at The Teacher Building in Glasgow on Friday 23 November 2007. Please click here for more information about the first event. Keep Well Website
A new Keep Well website for members of the public is now live. The web address is www.keepwellscotland.com. The site provides additional information for patients and the public about the Keep Well health check, patient testimonials and a guide to keeping well.
