Proactive Interventions on Occupational Health
The Scottish Centre for Healthy Working Lives in partnership with IOSH are running an IOSH "Proactive Interventions on Occupational Health" course. It will take place in central Scotland on 18th & 19th August 2010. There will be approximately 12 places available on this 2 day course.
- The course will be offered free of charge (one overnight stay if required).
- Delegates will have to pay their own travel expenses and any overnight required before the course.
- The course will be delivered by COPE, who have been running the pilots for this course in England on behalf of IOSH.
- IOSH entry qualifications for the course are:
- Delegates must be existing OSH practitioners (CMIOSH/CFIOSH or Grad IOSH)
- Delegates must be based (work) in Scotland.
- Delegates must work in organisations where there is no additional Occupational Health support availabe at present
- Taking part in the course commits you to following a 12 month evaluation of the use of the course.
We hope to offer the course to all IOSH members in the future but if you are available on the 18th & 19th August and are interested in being the first in Scotland to take part then please get in touch with Alison Newman.
