1.Summarise the discussions in the workshops of the 16th September seminar on communication support in NHS Scotland, both for those who attended and for those who were not there on the day.
2.Lay out draft recommendations arising from those discussions together with proposals for action as a basis for discussions and planning on how to take the work forward from the seminar.
