Practice guidance

Stonewall Scotland has a Good Practice Programme to give public services the tools they need to design inclusive and efficient services. They have produced a number of guides including:  

• 10 steps to LGBT inclusive communications: to help organisations to ensure that all of the messages they send out, both to staff and service users, are inclusive of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people
