Introduction
The majority of people living with HIV and other blood borne viruses (BBVs), such as hepatitis B and C, are of working age. Advances in treatment mean more and more people with HIV and other BBVs will continue to work or want to return to work. Your employee is your most valuable investment, therefore it makes good business sense to make sure that your organisation is equipped to respond to issues surrounding HIV and other BBVs.
