Description: The purpose of learning interventions is to increase the knowledge, skills and competencies of the wider NHS workforce to effectively deliver improved services to the people of Scotland.

We have equality impact assessed how we deliver learning interventions and the findings and recommendations from the EQIA can be found below. The report takes into account comments received during the consultation. The Learning and Workforce Development team has provided feedback on the comments received and this can also be found below.
