Description: NHS Health Scotland has produced in partnership with NHS Boards and voluntary sector organisations, a translation, interpreting and communications support strategy and action plan. The aim is to support NHS Boards to achieve effective communication between services and service users who have language and communication support needs.

Below you can find the Final EQIA report of the Strategy and Action plan for Translation, Interpreting and Communication Support (TICS) for NHS Scotland. The report takes into account feedback from the consultation of the EQIA. The consultation comments and feedback are also below.
