Description: This report presents the findings of a review of literature on educational interventions which may be effective in preventing the transmission of the hepatitis C virus (HCV) among injecting drug users or those who are at risk of injecting. This review was commissioned by NHS Health Scotland as part of Phase 2 of Scotland’s Hepatitis C Action Plan, which aims to reduce the transmission of the hepatitis C virus.
