| Publication name: | Report of an attitudinal study to inform year 2 of the HPV immunisation programme |
| Description: | NHS Health Scotland, in partnership with Health Protection Scotland, commissioned attitudinal research to assess the first year of the communications activity for the HPV
immunisation programme in Scotland. The report provides insight into any changes in knowledge, attitudes and understanding among target audiences that might have occurred as a result of the campaign. This is an overview of the key findings across all the research. The study was conducted in order to help guide the development of the communications campaign to support the second year of the immunisation programme commencing in September 2009. In particular it seeks to highlight any information gaps; assess barriers and facilitators to uptake; and identify the best ways to deliver information. |
