Description: Healthy Working Lives (HWL) delivers services tailored to the needs and issues of workplaces. This study is the fourth wave to be commissioned to track and measure awareness of the HWL brand and intention to use its services across the small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) market. Findings were used to assess the extent to which marketing activity has succeeded in raising awareness of HWL by comparing them, where appropriate, with findings from the previous three waves of research. The study highlighted the importance of ensuring future HWL marketing messages are targeted to communicate relevant information, provide access to information through a variety of channels, and strengthen partner organisation links.
