Description: This report provides a critical review of scales suitable for measuring positive mental health (PMH). The review is part of NHS Health Scotland’s Mental Health Indicator programme, a major programme of work that supports the Scottish Government’s National Programme for Improving Mental Health and Well-being and aimed to establish a core set of national, sustainable mental health indicators, which will provide the means to monitor mental health (covering both PMH and mental health problems) at a national level.
