Description:To demonstrate an evidence-base for the efficacy of elements used in Health Scotland’s approach to CIL training Objectives: • Scope and identify the current published literature for CIL approaches • Collate and rapidly review the efficacy and inclusiveness for CIL approaches from the identified evidence-base • Write and develop an evidence briefing to support CIL approaches to training • Make evidence-informed recommendations to support the effective ongoing delivery of CIL training approaches
