| Description: | The National Resource Centre for Ethnic Minority Health (NRCEMH) has hosted a mental health programme in partnership with the Scottish Government Mental Health Division and NHS Health Scotland since 2003 in recognition of the fact that mental health & wellbeing are areas of particular concern across black and minority ethnic communities in Scotland. This proposal has been put together by the current Programme Manager (Mental Health & Wellbeing) in response to a request from the mental health division in May 2007. The request was to develop a programme aimed at the primary care tier of mental health services. The proposed programme will be hosted within Equalities & Planning Directorate, Health Scotland between April 2008 and April 2011. |
