Publication name: Actions to reduce health inequalities: 2015 UK election briefing and resources
Date: 11 December 2014
Description: In advance of the UK parliamentary elections in May 2015, we have produced a new paper on actions to reduce health inequalities.

The briefing provides recommendations for tackling health inequalities and highlights interventions that are less likely to be effective. It was produced for political policymakers but will be of interest to a wide range of organisations working across all sectors. The briefing will be followed next year with a more in depth exploration of what works to tackle health inequalities ahead of the Scottish elections in 2016.

Also available is a series of briefings intended for those working in policy, planning and practice.
