Publication name: Delivering A Fairer Healthier Scotland: Our plan 2014–17
Date: 17 April 2014
Description: NHS Health Scotland is a national Special Health Board, working with and through public, private and third sector organisations to reduce health inequalities and improve health. Our primary role is to lead the co-production and improvement needed to translate knowledge of what works to reduce health inequalities, and to improve how that knowledge is turned into action.

This document sets out a high level summary of what we plan to deliver in 2014–15 as well as the areas of work that we plan to develop up until 2017. As such, this plan is intended to fulfill our delivery contract with the Scottish Government.
