| Description: | Study exploring the goal setting practice of Starting Well Health Visitors, using a collaborative approach that involved reflection on, analysis of and potential refinement of this practice. The study was undertaken within the two sites of the Starting Well demonstration project in the Greater Glasgow area during 2003 and 2004. Objectives included: exploration of health visitor and client understandings and experiences of goal-setting, and examination and appraisal of goal setting approaches and practices, in order to endorse or refine these.. This study came about as a result of interest in health visitors' use of goal setting, which emerged during the course of the project. |
