Keep Well Interventions Resource
The Keep Well Interventions Resource aims to provide an easily accessible overview of current 'guidelines' and evidence on the effectiveness of relevant interventions.

This second version of the document replaces the interim document produced in 2006 pending the launch of the new SIGN Guideline on risk estimation and the prevention of cardiovascular disease.

Keep Well Website
A Keep Well website for members of the public is now live. The web address is www.keepwellscotland.com. The site provides additional information for patients and the public about the Keep Well health check, patient testimonials and a guide to keeping well.
