Anticipatory Care Practitioners' Network

This network is for practitioners involved in delivering Keep Well who may be from general practice, NHS, local government or the voluntary sector. It is also for individuals involved in other anticipatory care projects.

Network Objectives

The objectives of the network are to provide:

  • A forum to share practice and learning
  • Opportunities for networking
  • Support dissemination of learning and experiences
  • Peer support for practitioners
  • An opportunity to reflect on practice and develop new approaches

Network Events

The first Practitioners' Network event took place on the 23.11.07 at the Teacher Building in Glasgow. The day went very well with good overall evaluation and some points and suggestions for future events.
