Freedom of information
In accordance with the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2004, Health Scotland has adopted a Publication Scheme.
For all enquirers, the scheme sets out what types of information we publish, or intend to publish, and how the information is made available.
The full rights to access information began on 1 January 2005.
